2. Introduction

McKee Realty is a tech-forward, cloud-based brokerage that combines traditional real estate services with modern SaaS tools for agents and clients. Automated nature: Interactions with AI Tools are automated, not human conversations.
Informational only: AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or compliance advice.
Verification obligation: You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated content before using it in contracts, legal documents, or public marketing materials.
Sensitive information: Do not input Social Security numbers, banking credentials, payment card numbers, health data, or other highly sensitive information into AI prompts unless clearly requested for a specific, secure workflow.
Regulatory compliance: AI outputs are not reviewed in advance for fair housing, advertising, or other regulatory compliance. Agents and clients must ensure that any use of AI content complies with applicable laws.
Training and improvement: We may use de-identified or aggregated AI interaction data to train, test, and improve models and features.
Ownership and licensing: You retain ownership of your inputs. McKee retains rights to the AI Tools and may use outputs and derivative insights to operate and improve its services, subject to applicable law and our agreements with you.

9. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We offer you choices regarding how we use and disclose certain information:

Marketing emails: You can opt out by using the “unsubscribe” link in our marketing emails or by contacting us.
SMS/text communications: Where applicable, you can opt out by following instructions in the message (such as replying “STOP”) or contacting us.
Cookies & tracking: You may adjust browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Some features may not function correctly without cookies.
